Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

(This does not apply to Pre Orders - As Shipping times are dependant on product release dates.)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary based on destination and service selected. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

By placing an order with TrndstrBeDifferent, you acknowledge that delivery times may vary due to courier operations, peak periods, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations
We ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations, including but not limited to:

  • Europe

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

International availability is determined at checkout and may change without notice depending on courier serviceability.

Couriers
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail, Evri, DPD UK, and Yodel.
Courier selection is made at our discretion based on destination, parcel size, and service availability.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Failure to monitor tracking updates or contact the courier in a timely manner does not qualify an order for a refund or replacement.

Delivery Responsibility
Responsibility for your order transfers to you once the package has been handed over to the courier.

TrndstrBeDifferent is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by courier error, customs inspections, weather conditions, access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.

Returned parcels due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Orders marked as delivered by the courier are considered fulfilled.
TrndstrBeDifferent does not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen.

Any delivery disputes must be raised directly with the courier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refusal to pay customs charges or failure to clear customs does not qualify an order for a refund.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
Chargebacks submitted for orders with confirmed tracking, delivery confirmation, or address errors provided at checkout will be actively disputed with supporting evidence.

Fraudulent claims, chargeback abuse, or policy violations may result in order cancellation, account restrictions, or permanent banning from future purchases.
